Thin Mints
Dough:
1 cup oat flour
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of salt
2 scoops FWC chocolate protein
1/2 tsp peppermint oil/extract
Chocolate Coating
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp peppermint oil/extract
Process
Mix your dough, then roll & cutout your cookies. Bake the cookies on 350 for 8 min. Coat the cookies in the melted chocolate one at a time and then freeze the dipped cookies for 5 minutes. Keep the cookies in the fridge and enjoy 💕🫶🏻
