Shipping and Fulfillment

Thank you for your purchase. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship your order out within 24-48 hours.

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and tracking details inside.



Tracking your order

You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:

  1. Go to shipping courier website 
  2. Enter your tracking number you received in the email notification.
  3. Press "Track now" to process



Receiving your order

After your order is shipped out, you can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days. Some locations may have longer shipping times.


 *Due to the ever present changes COVID-19 is causing, some shipments may have delays. If your order tracking states a "Pre-Shipment" status this is because the tracking systems are overloaded on the carriers side, it is out of our power to have that tracking any faster. Please be patient! Thanks! 


International Shipping

All international customers agree to paying any import fees related to their order and their country of origin.
