Espresso Bread
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp baking soda & salt
2 eggs
2 scoops FWC chocolate protein
4 shots espresso
2 tbsp ground coffee beans
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Process
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Place the mixture in a small loaf tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
