Crispy Sesame Tofu Bowl
Ingredients
1 cup white rice & 2 cups water
1 broccoli head & 6 medium carrots
1 block of Tofu
Sesame seeds
Coconut & avocado oil
Freshly grated or powdered ginger
Himalayan salt
Process
1. Cook your rice and water on medium heat for about 45 minutes.
2. While your rice is cooking, cut the broccoli and carrot. Coat them with avocado oil, sesame seeds, ginger, and Himalayan salt.
4. Bake at 375 for about 35 minutes or until crispy.
3. While your vegetables are cooking finely dice your tofu and coat the skillet with 2 tbsp of coconut oil. Fry the tofu until all sides are golden brown.
4. Then add sesame seeds and low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos.
5. Assemble your bowl with desired quantities and ENJOY this delicious bowl!
